GammaDoors has developed two new models for the Battenti TBT Line, namely the Flexible PVC model and the Profile 140 model. These models are specifically designed for the entrance and exit of trains, buses and streetcars from factories and garages.

The Flexible PVC model has a load-bearing structure made of a monolithic galvanized steel profile, reinforced at strategic points to ensure strength and durability.
Each door panel was equipped with an opposing arm latch with tuning force torsion spring embedded in the supporting structure.
The model Profilo 140 has a bearing structure made of a monolithic profile of galvanized steel thickness 140 (same profile of the model Levriero 140), reinforced in strategic points to ensure strength and durability.
The flexible leaves are manufactured with materials specifically designed to ensure maximum strength and durability under conditions of constant use due to the transition of trains, buses or streetcars.
All TBT Battenti doors can be equipped with semi-automatic or automatic systems for remote controlled opening. For high-risk environments, there are models made exclusively with pneumatic components that comply with ATEX regulations.
VC leaves (Polyvinyl chloride) with the addition of plasticizers that make them suitable for use at low temperatures (up to -35°).
The entire Battenti TBT Line can be equipped with a bi-directional automatic system for remote controlled opening. For each door can be installed a pair of adjustable infrared safety photocells with a range of up to 20 meters, an electromechanical safety edge, flashing lights and an outdoor open/close push-button panel with IP65 protection.
