Nuraghe Project Seel structures

In 2019, the company Progetto Nuraghe S.c.a.r.l. was commissioned by Syndial S.p.A., the environmental company of Eni Rewind S.p.A., to implement a series of interventions for the environmental remediation activities to be carried out in the demolition, soil remediation and groundwater remediation compartments within the Syndial site of Porto Torres (SS). GammaDoors was awarded the works for the realization of 9 buildings in metal carpentry (see Metal Structures) dedicated to the facilities and to the storage of the soil to be reclaimed.

The 9 buildings have variable sizes but the same features, namely:

• S355 steel load-bearing structure, consisting of columns, lattice trusses and secondary warping consisting of roof purlins and barracuda. The structural elements are bolted together and are treated by hot-dip galvanizing process.
  
  
• Covering and plugging made of stratified corrugated sheets produced by co-extrusion and thermoforming process of Polim-cry, 36 mm high and 2.40 mm thickness, with breaking load equal to 360 kg/m2. The fire resistance is certified at class 1 and they offer high quality and guarantee the best characteristics of eco-compatibility.

GammaDoors has carried out all the manufacturing steps of the buildings using its own Quality System regularly certified according to ISO 9001 (see certificate).GammaDoors has adopted the Manual of Factory Production Control (F.P.C.), which contains the requirements that the company applies internally to comply with the regulations of CE labeling contained in EN 1090-1 (see certificate).

GammaDoors guarantees the control of all the realization steps (from the design to the laying and testing) of the metal structure, as well as tracing and certifying the material used for the building of the structure itself.

The structure has been supplied on a turnkey basis, that is inclusive of roofing, gutters, downspouts, curtain walls and external doors.
