Steel load-bearing structure consisting of columns, lattice trusses and secondary warping formed by roofing purlins and bartacks. The structural elements are bolted together and are treated by hot-dip galvanizing process.
Roofing and cladding realized with stratified corrugated sheets produced with co-extrusion and thermoforming process of Polim-cry, 36 mm high and 2.40 mm thickness, with breaking load equal to 360 kg/m2.

GammaDoors has adopted the Manual of Factory Production Control (F.P.C.), which contains the requirements that the company applies internally to comply with the requirements of CE marking contained in EN 1090-1.
GammaDoors guarantees the control of all realization steps (from the design to the laying and testing) of the metal structure, as well as tracking and certifying the material used to make the structure.
The structure was provided on a turn key, namely including roofing, gutters, drainpipe, curtain walls and external doors.
